One hour sessions consisting of deep stretching and relaxation. We employ traditional martial arts stretching techniques and Yoga based poses, with emphasis on proper technique.

Assisted FLEX training is also available upon request. Flex sessions can be added to any offered programs.

RTT offers a variety of fitness classes, including Flexibility / Mobility, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Hybrid and martial arts. Our instructors are experienced in working with individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive community that encourages individuals to push themselves to their limits while also respecting their personal boundaries.
